This cuvée is a blend of Syrah, Mourvèdre and Grenache. The parcels are located on limestone slopes in the middle of the garrigue, surrounded by pine trees meditteranean aromatic plants and olive tree plantations.
Each parcel is harvested by hand, and the wine making (long traditionnal maceration) is conducted for each variety separatly. One year maturing in vats after blending.
Deeply coloured. Endearing nose unveiling pleasant aromas of ripe red fruits over a background of spices. Ample mouth with clearly delineated aromas. Its power is nicely offset by a welcome note of freshness.
