Vin de Pays d'Oc
This grape variety is very specific of the mediterranean area and is harvested late in early October. The wines are well structured with a long aging potential.
The wine has spices and pepper aromas very specific of the variety.
Serve with couscous, paellas, grilled meats with pepper and spices, with strong flavoured french cheeses: roquefort, maroilles, munster, epoisse.
